Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect information submitted through this website.

Last updated: October 20, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Innovix Solutions LLC (“Innovix Solutions,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website or contact us through it. It does not cover information we process on behalf of clients under separate agreements.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, business email, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, your estimated budget and your project description. If you email us directly, we receive the information in your message.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, for security and troubleshooting. Our contact form uses your IP address in hashed form to limit repeated submissions.

Analytics. If we enable website analytics, we will use it to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate, and we will update this policy to name the provider and describe any cookies it uses.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it
  • To provide, maintain and secure the website
  • To prevent spam, fraud and abuse
  • To understand and improve our website and services
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our website host and email provider, under obligations to protect it; when required by law or to protect our rights; or with your consent. If our business is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

5. Cookies and third-party content

Our website does not set advertising cookies. The map on our contact page is provided by Google and loads only if you choose to view it; when loaded, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy. Links to other websites are governed by those sites’ policies.

6. Data retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of business communications, then delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s standard schedule.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to submitted information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have submitted, or to stop contacting you. Depending on the state where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To make a request, email info@innovixsolutions.net. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Children’s privacy

Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
